Apartment Ceder
Studio Apartment Ceder is located on the ground floor of the house and has 2 separate rooms. In the first room, there is a double bed, a relaxation corner, and a wardrobe. In the second room, there is a pull-out sofa bed, a kitchen, a small dining area, a TV, a bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the garden.
All apartments have a separate entrance, a terrace, free Wi-Fi, access to a parking space and the possibility of using the yard and barbecue.
A large yard surrounds the house, which is ideal for playing or relaxing and resting in the deep shade of the yard. Children can have fun on the swings and the jungle gym or try out slack rope walking. There is also a basketball hoop and a custom-made barbecue with a special cooking booth.
Apartments Vladimira are located 300 m from the beach.

- For stays shorter than 4 days the price is increased by 30%.
- Please pay 25% of the deposit to our account in order to confirm your reservation.
- You can pay the rest of the amount to our account or in cash, upon arrival.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation on your part, we keep the amount of the deposit.
- Access to pets with prior arrangements with the owner (6 EUR/ per day).
- If you require accommodation for more than 10 people, please contact us via the contact form and request an offer.
The price includes:
- Internet access (Wi-Fi).
- Sojourn tax and one-time guest registration.
- Linens and towels. Beach towels NOT INCLUDED.
- Cutlery and cooking utensils.
- A cleaning fee of 30 EUR. If you leave the apartment clean, you are not obligated to pay for the cleaning.
- Fresh bed linens and towels are provided every 7 days. Upon request, fresh towels can be provided one additional time during a 7-night stay.

Apartments Vladimira *** Dramalj are located in the Republic of Croatia, in the Kvarner Bay of the Adriatic Sea, on the Crikvenica Riviera. Dramalj is a well-known tourist destination near Crikvenica. Bigger nearby towns include Rijeka, Opatija and the Island of Krk.

Apartments Ruža (max. 6 persons) and Oleander (max. 3 persons) are equipped with air conditioning. Apartment Ceder (max. 3 persons) doesn’t have air conditioning.

The apartments are only 280 m away from the beach.
Where is the sandy beach for children in Dramalj? How far is the main sandy beach in the Center of town?
In Dramalj, there is a small sandy beach suitable for children. It is only 300 meters away. If you want to reach the main sandy beach, Crni Molo, it is located at the end of Dramalj and stretches towards Crikvenica, 1500 m away. It is not far on foot, but it is also possible to reach it by car and bicycle.
What is the entrance to the apartment like?
Each apartment has a separate entrance from its own terrace and is completely separated from the other apartments.
Is parking provided for guests?
Apartment Oleander has its own parking space. Apartments Ruža and Ceder have provided parking on the street, right next to the entrance to the yard.
Do the apartments have a terrace and a sea view?
Each apartment has two terraces – an entrance terrace and a terrace with a view. Apartments Ruža (max. 6 persons) and Oleander (max. 3 persons) have a terrace overlooking the sea. Apartment Ceder is on the ground floor and has a view of the beautiful garden and yard.
Does each apartment have its own kitchen? Is the cookware included?
Each apartment has a separate kitchen with a fridge and freezer, a kettle and a coffee maker. All dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils are included. Also, kitchen cloths, dishwashing detergent, a sponge and kitchen towels are an integral part of the equipment.
Are the bathrooms located in the apartments? Are towels included?
Each apartment has its own bathroom. 2 towels per person – a medium sized towel and a large shower towel are included. Toiletries including soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer are provided.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed, but with prior arrangements with the host (6 EUR/ per day).
